excellent locationperfect englishgood selectionsteep stairs
the location was unbeatable, a very short walk to st mark's square, i liked that many restaurants were nearby. the staff spoke perfect english and were always ready to help. the room was clean and the breakfast included a good selection of cereals and pastries.
my room was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator, i had to carry my suitcase up many steep stairs.

the hotel is situated near st mark's square, easily accessible by foot and close to many attractions. supermarkets and local shops are also located around the corner from the building, which benefits convenient access to daily amenities.

my room was of adequate size, providing sufficient space for luggage and movement. the equipment seemed new and everything was functional , certainly a benefit, though the walls seemed thin and the sound insulation wasn't optimal.

The staff at reception were available 24 hours a day. They were consistently helpful. They addressed inquiries promptly and efficiently. ALL staff members seemed genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. That was great.

the stairs were a problem. i was on the third floor. i had to carry my heavy luggage up narrow stairs. there isn't an elevator. a kettle was not in the room too.

the hotel location was great, it was close to everything i wanted to see.
the room was so small, it reminded me of i was constantly bumping into things, also the bathroom reminded me of a tiny box, i could barely move, the shower was so small that i kept hitting my arms against the walls when i tried to wash my hair, i don't think it was worth the money i spent.

The staff had great English skills and were always smiling. Breakfast was sufficient with excellent coffee and sweet pastries. The room was sufficient in size and the equipment was new. The bathroom view of St Mark's Cathedral was amazing (especially during sunrise!).
The air conditioning was not functioning properly. It was uncomfortable to sleep at night (especially with the heat outside).
